Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGES3L-AARSD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGES3L-AARSD1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PTGES3L-AARSD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGES3L-AARSD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where PTGES3L-AARSD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
