PTGES3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPZ1, PA2G4, and CD93. Each is linked with PTGES3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES3 versus COPZ1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
