Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGES3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,188 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Protein localization to kinetochore, and Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with PTGES3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES3-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES3 results are reported.
