Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGES2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, SPOUT1, and EHMT1. Each is linked with PTGES2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES2 versus C9orf78 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
