Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGES2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,506 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRUB2, NDUFA8, and DOLPP1. Each is linked with PTGES2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES2 results are reported.
