Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGES2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,407 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRUB2, URM1, and SPOUT1. Each is linked with PTGES2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGES2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGES2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGES2 versus TRUB2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
