Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGER2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGER2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PTGER2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGER2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where PTGER2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
