Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,148 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-activating dopamine receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of phospholipid metabolic process, and Regulation of collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with PTGER1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER1 results are reported.
