Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,765 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral process, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of hyaluronan biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PTGER1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER1 results are reported.
