Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGER1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PES1, SLC27A5, and PPP1R36. Each is linked with PTGER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGER1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PES1 grouped by PTGER1-low versus PTGER1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
