Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGDR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,687 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGDR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, SEPTIN4, and SLC16A3. Each is linked with PTGDR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGDR2 versus ERO1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
