Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGDR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,291 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGDR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of T-helper 1 cell differentiation, Regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of coagulation. Each is linked with PTGDR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGDR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGDR2 results are reported.
