PTF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,013 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REG1A, SLC4A4_T1027, and SLC4A4_T1071. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTF1A versus REG1A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
