Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTF1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 831 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, JOSD1, and FBXO7. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.
