PTF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D3P, MT4, and TAS1R2. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5D3P grouped by PTF1A-low versus PTF1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
