PTF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,014 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, RAX, and DCLK3. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTF1A versus SEL1L2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
