Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 132 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-miRNA processing, Regulation of acute inflammatory response, and Positive regulation of microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.
