PTF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, FAM47A, and KRTAP4-6. Each is linked with PTF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTF1A-to-partner and partner-to-PTF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by PTF1A-low versus PTF1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
