Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTER RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTER-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT6, RBM47, and REPS2. Each is linked with PTER in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTER-to-partner and partner-to-PTER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTER versus STAT6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
