PTDSS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTDSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,462 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTDSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIDA, MTERF3, and DCAF13. Each is linked with PTDSS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTDSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTDSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTDSS1 versus RIDA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTDSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTDSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
