PTDSS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTDSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,553 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTDSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4644, PEBP1P1, and KCTD14. Each is linked with PTDSS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTDSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTDSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4644 grouped by PTDSS1-low versus PTDSS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTDSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTDSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
