PTCSC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCSC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCSC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, ZNF219_S114, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with PTCSC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCSC3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCSC3 versus NRBF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
