The most reproducible PTCSC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIN1_S199, C8orf33, and WDR18. Each is linked with PTCSC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCSC2-to-partner and partner-to-PTCSC2 results are reported.
