PTCRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,161 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, HCLS1, and ITGAL. Each is linked with PTCRA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTCRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCRA versus DOCK10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
