Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4255, PSAT1P4, and LINC01941. Each is linked with PTCRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTCRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4255 grouped by PTCRA-low versus PTCRA-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
