Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR12D3, and SLC10A2. Each is linked with PTCRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTCRA results are reported.
