PTCHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO16, NKG7, and IFNG. Each is linked with PTCHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO16 grouped by PTCHD1-low versus PTCHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
