PTCH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,515 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, NRDC, and PHC3. Each is linked with PTCH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
