Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABGGTA, PIGU, and RBFA. Each is linked with PTCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
