Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,916 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neural tube patterning, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with PTCH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCH1 results are reported.
