Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTXR2, ZEB2, and PMP22. Each is linked with PTCD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD3 results are reported.
