Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,520 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Double-strand break repair, and Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process. Each is linked with PTCD3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD3 results are reported.
