Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTCD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTCD2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PTCD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTCD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where PTCD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
