PTCD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, mTOR_pS2448, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PTCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD2 results are reported.
