Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,508 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Protein localization to cilium, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with PTCD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by PTCD2-low versus PTCD2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
