Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, UNC93B1, and MRPS30. Each is linked with PTCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTCD1 versus SPEF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
