Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and Notch1. Each is linked with PTCD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PTCD1-low versus PTCD1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
