Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,469 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with PTCD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PTCD1 results are reported.
