Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN, MFSD14B, and RNA5SP295. Each is linked with PTBP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTBP3 versus TXN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
