Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,916 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM124A, FUBP1, and HFM1. Each is linked with PTBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTBP2 versus FAM124A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
