Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, INPP4B, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with PTBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PTBP2 results are reported.
