Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-552P, RNU6-1318P, and CLRN2. Each is linked with PTAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTAR1-to-partner and partner-to-PTAR1 results are reported.
