Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSTPIP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSTPIP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PSTPIP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSTPIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PSTPIP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
