PSTPIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,812 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, MYO1F, and DOCK11. Each is linked with PSTPIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP2-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTPIP2 versus ARHGAP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
