Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,532 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTPIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, LILRB2, and IL4I1. Each is linked with PSTPIP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP2-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTPIP2 versus LILRB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
