PSTPIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pS473, S6_pS240_S244, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with PSTPIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP2-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pS473 grouped by PSTPIP2-low versus PSTPIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
