Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSTPIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,628 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amyloid-beta clearance, Nuclear speck organization, and Regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with PSTPIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP2-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP2 results are reported.
