PSTPIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RASAL3_S72, and APOL3. Each is linked with PSTPIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTPIP1 versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
