Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSTPIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,014 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, SIRPB1, and IL21R. Each is linked with PSTPIP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTPIP1 versus CYTH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
