Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSTPIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSTPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCB2, SUOX, and LMO1. Each is linked with PSTPIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSTPIP1 versus PLCB2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
